Eoin Murphy
Eoin Murphy is an Acupuncturist and Tuina practitioner in Wexford, Ireland and a senior instructor at INMI (Institute of Natural Medicine Ireland). Eoin has a Diploma in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) which he attained while studying at IITCM (now renamed as the College of Oriental Medicine). At IITCM Eoin studied Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Tuina and he is member of the TCMCI (Traditional Chinese Medicine Council of Ireland/ACI (Acupuncture Council of Ireland).
He also has a Certificate and a Diploma in Tuina from Tuina Therapy Ireland and also a certificate from Zhejiang Provincial TCM Hospital in China. Eoin has gone on to become a senior instructor of Tuina at INMI (Institute of Natural Medicine Ireland) and teaches Tuina in Wexford, Dublin and other locations around Ireland.
Eoin continues to train in a variety of different acupuncture styles to advance his knowledge beyond his initial college training. Some of the styles he is trained in include, TCM acupuncture, Spinal acupuncture, Fractal acupuncture, orthopedic acupuncture and he is also currently studying Dr. Tan's balance method which is well know for it's instantaneous effects. Eoin is also a China Universe Qigong instructor and currently has classes running in Wexford Town.

Training in China is a valuable experience for any Chinese Medicine practitioner.
In China I trained in Zhejiang Provincial TCM Hospital in Hangzhou where I worked alongside some of the region's top Tuina Doctors. I have great respect and appreciation for all the time that I spent with each of these Doctors while I was in China. The Tuina department in this hospital is an extremely busy environment to practice in and I found it very inspiring to see Tuina really being used as a frontline service in China's health system.
